Status Level Program Redesign (2020)

As part of the Intel Retail Edge Program, status means everything. It shows a commitment to learning and success in completing trainings in the program. In the summer of 2020, I created these concepts, and worked with a team to produce the 3D models to reimagine the look of these status levels to be more appealing to their target demographic and relaunch a full design kit showcasing the new brand look.

Status Level Program Redesign
(2022 & 2024 Refresh)
In 2022, I redesigned the look of the Status Level pages so that more information could be displayed to each of their training participants. The icons remained the same, however, the interfaces were modernized for a cleaner, sleeker look.
There was also an additional level added in 2024 to expand the status tiers based on training expertise.

Expert Training Initiative (2020)
In partnership with Intel, we rolled out the Intel Expert Initiative to help train retail sales professionals on specific Intel technology through unique and highly specialized learning modules. We not only designed the training interface, but also the cloisonné pins that were earned for completing each specialized training module.

Expert Training 2.0

A year after the visual update was completed, IREP released a brand new set of trainings that featured their latest technologies and products which had a brand new look for the pins and digital badges.

Food For Thought: Feast of Fury
Intel partnered with GrubHub to run in-store promotions offering retail sales professionals gift cards for excellence in their Food for Thought campaign. We created a fun theme and used our iconic characters Hack & Slash to create an engaging branding package.

Build Your Alliance
Intel wanted to execute a yearlong effort that helped recruit more retail sales professionals to the Intel Retail Edge Program, so we conceptualized the Build Your Alliance campaign. Retail sales associates were rewarded for helping bring their coworkers into the training program.

We created an exciting, themed logo for Intel’s 2020 Holiday Campaign to promote trainings to support retail sales professionals during their busiest time of year.

Your Quest Awaits (2017)

While serving as a freelance artist with Disney Event Group, I was assigned to work with Intel Retail Edge Program for 4 years in a row as lead designer. In this this fourth campaign, I worked with an amazing illustrator who created 10 breath-taking hero images that were used as the centerpiece of this year's campaign. Each were contained in a magic book that teleported the trainees to different regions of The Realm as they worked to earn gold tokens and the opportunity of winning a trip to The Kingdom (Magic Kingdom in Orlando Florida).

My job was to build the rest of the brand elements that bound the story and gamified trainings together in a cohesive look for this adventure series.

SWIC Academy (2016)

This third summer training program with IREP was created to be the last chapter of the Trigate Trilogy. Once again we used hero illustrations created by a skilled illustrator, then I created any additional images, graphics and elements needed to build out the story content.

I created the concept of the central core, named the "Core of All Worlds" and sent my sketches t the illustrator to use as reference for his scenic hero illustrations.

Score with Intel Core – Elevate to Great (2015)
In this second installment of the SWIC summer training campaign, all of the story elements were created
with a retro sci-fi style. The story centers around the Skylift Space Service and the Ring around the moon where all remaining humans now live.

I worked with a brilliant illustator who created the 5 hero illustrations and a team of comic book artists to develop the graphics used to tell the story each week. I was responsible for everything else.

To expand the story content, I took frames from the inked comic and painted shaded renders of each character for use in both their character profile and for limited-edition printed collector cards that trainees could keep and trade.
